Job Description
Hero is seeking a Lean Manufacturing transformation leader to redefine operational excellence on the factory floor. You will design and implement Lean strategies across borders, collaborating with international peers to ignite transformation and embed continuous improvement.
You will identify waste, lead cross-functional initiatives, coach teams, and establish KPIs. A degree in engineering and 5+ years in Lean roles, plus Spanish fluency and strong English, are preferred.
