Job Description
Clio is seeking a Senior IT Specialist to provide world-class IT support to employees globally, focusing on ticket management, troubleshooting documentation, and onboarding support. The role requires office presence at our Bogota hub, with at least two anchor days per week.
You will manage hardware and software procurement, maintain asset inventories, and uphold zero-trust security using Okta, Kandji, and InTune across macOS, iOS, and Windows environments. This position reports to the IT Team.
