You will help improve consistency, efficiency, and governance across our global HR operations. As a Global HR Process Consultant, you will shape and improve how HR services are delivered globally. You will use ServiceNow and other HR technologies to design seamless end-to-end employee experiences. These experiences will be scalable, compliant in consideration of business needs. Through process standardisation, optimisation, and continuous improvement, you will help enhance both employee and operational outcomes across the employee lifecycle.
