Job Description
Roll Group seeks a Cargo Superintendent to lead cargo operations for projects worldwide. You will prepare loading and sea-fastening plans, coordinate equipment and resources, and ensure safe, efficient port calls while reporting progress to the Marine Operations team.
The role requires maritime knowledge, leadership in safety and quality, and the ability to travel roughly 100–120 days per year. A higher vocational maritime/engineering education and 2+ years of relevant experience are desired.
