Job Description
Overview In this role you will lead the global FX Forwards business within Santander CIB, defining growth strategy and driving revenue through smart balance sheet deployment. You will work with Trading, Sales, Treasury, Risk and XVA teams to optimize funding and leverage across geographies. You’ll build and mentor high‑performing international teams, strengthen market positioning in FX and STIR products, and uphold governance and regulatory standards. This is a chance to shape a global, risk‑aware, customer‑focused FX franchise and make a meaningful impact at scale.
