This role will lead the development of a unified, digital-first brand narrative across markets and business areas, while managing Syngenta’s internal Creative Factory.
The role brings together creative direction, operational leadership, AI-enabled ways of working, and strong business partnership. It is well suited to someone with agency or in-house agency experience who enjoys building capability, leading diverse teams, and turning complex scientific and commercial topics into clear, engaging creative work.
