Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage the supplier identification and qualification process activities
- Prepare engineering calculation, design change proposal, review customer drawing and technical specs, propose design recommendation
- Analyze supplier quotes and bids
- Part qualification, Tooling qualification
- Participate in driving the supplier quality performance management e.g., DPPM, SQIP etc.
- Document and maintain the records of NPIs (FAI, PPAP documentations)
- Any other activities related to department requirement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, -Mechanical/Mechatronics/Manufacturing/Materials engineering
- 2-3 years of related experience in engineering, manufacturing, quality management and SCM discipline preferred or equivalent of combination of experience
- Strong understanding of engineering and quality tools, including GD&T, DFM, FMEA, and GR&R.
