Job Description
**Job Summary:** The **Global Business Process Specialist, Order-to-Cash (OTC)** is a key member of the Global Process Organization, with accountability for shaping, governing, and continuously improving global OTC processes and enabling systems. Operating with a degree of autonomy, this role partners closely with stakeholders across Business, GBS, IT, Finance, Customer Service, and regional operations to drive consistency, scalability, and performance across the end‑to‑end OTC value stream.
