Lead the global benefits strategy at STEMCELL as the Benefits Manager, serving as the internal Subject Matter Expert. This hands-on role primarily focuses on health, disability, and retirement programs across multiple regions.
In this essential role, you'll manage the design and implementation of global employee benefits programs for North America, Europe, and APAC. You will analyze data trends to support strategic decisions, conduct annual benefits reviews, and oversee vendor relationships. Building strong partnerships with HR, Finance, and Legal teams will be key to your success.
