Job Description
Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for a Technician Trainee in Colombia who will receive hands-on training to become a proficient auto glass technician. After completing the program, trainees will obtain the Safelite SafeTech certification and will be responsible for skills such as glass repair, replacement, and recalibration.
The position offers competitive pay starting at $21.25 per hour, increasing to $25.25 after certification, along with an extensive benefits package that includes a 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.
