Manage 5G NSA/SA and VoNR compliance, ensuring E911 call delivery accuracy.
Lead FCC filings (NORS, DIRS) and PSAP outage notifications.
Drive roadmap for E911
Text-to-911; support CALEA
STIR/SHAKEN programs.
Partner with vendors/legal to maintain regulatory complianc
Developing Bash scripts to automate configuration, data collection, and testing processes.
Analyzing KPIs, conducting drive tests, and troubleshooting network issues.
Executing software upgrades, feature activations, and parameter reconfigurations.
Analyzed and optimized LTE/VoLTE/5G sites, focusing on throughput issues, QCI1 drops, and handover failures
