Job Description
Osmose Utilities is currently seeking a **GIS Analyst in our Depew, NY** office able to work a HYBRID schedule must be local to perform GIS related tasks and develop configurations and processes to prepare customer data for import to the company's system.
Responsibilities
+ Import, process, and validate customer provided data for import into our system.
+ Utilize tools provided to build deliverable import/export configurations.
+ Generate reports as requested by internal or external customers.
+ Track and report on the processing status for each customer.
+ Adhere to quality assurance standards.
+ Communicate with customers as needed to resolve data issues.
+ Train, coach, and supervise GIS Technicians while monitoring departmental output and quality standards.
