- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the GHRSS Onboarding, Hourly Offer, and Global Mobility team, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution of HR processes.
- Manage workflow distribution, prioritize workloads, and monitor team productivity, service levels, accuracy, and KPI performance.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, regulatory requirements, and established service standards.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex, sensitive, or high-impact cases related to onboarding, hourly offers, and global mobility.
