Job Description

As part of this challenge, you will coordinate purchasing activities for several projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Purchasing coordination for several projects, comprising:

  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to define procurement needs (equipment, HW/SW components, licenses, etc.)..
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers, seeking the best technical and economic conditions.
  • Coordinate the full end-to-end procurement process, from need identification to order issuance and follow-up
  • Reporting to project responsibles on purchase requests status
  • Manage issues related to defective or non-compliant materials, supporting their resolution with suppliers.
  • Transfer software licenses to final customers and Management of some suppliers serviceS
