Location: Greece
For an international company based in Greece, we are looking for German-speaking team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, e-mail, or live chat.
- Provide clear, friendly, and professional support.
- Deliver accurate, solution-oriented information.
- Record and document customer interactions in the system.
- Maintain quality and service standards.
