German-speaking Account Executive (SaaS) – Remote in Spain
Start date: 18 May 2026
€30,000 base salary + €15,000 OTE uncapped commission
Remote within Spain (after onboarding in Madrid)
3 weeks onboarding in Madrid (accommodation provided)
German (C2) + English (B2) required
About the role
We are hiring a German-speaking Account Executive for a fast-growing SaaS company helping over 10,000+ e-commerce businesses improve conversion rates through an advanced search and product discovery solution.
This is a full outbound, full-cycle sales role with ownership from prospecting to closing.
You will work remotely from Spain after onboarding in Madrid.
Responsibilities
Manage the full B2B sales cycle (outbound focus)
Identify and contact new e-commerce prospects in DACH markets
Conduct discovery and product demo calls
Close deals and negotiate commercial terms
