Job Description

The Role

They are looking for a dedicated Account Executive to drive business growth. You will be part of an experienced international team, responsible for the full sales cycleβ€”from prospecting to closing deals with new clients in the German market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Strategy: Identify potential clients within designated markets and conduct research to understand their business challenges.
  • Client Acquisition: Execute strategies to acquire new clients, collaborating with Sales Specialists to convert leads into opportunities.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire process from initial outreach (calls/emails) to negotiation and closing.
  • Revenue Generation: Present tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and meet or exceed defined sales targets and KPIs.
  • Pipeline Management: Monitor sales pipelines via CRM to provide accurate forecasting.
