Responsibilities

• Coordinate external and internal audits.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients.
• Implement first-pass yield (FPY) improvements.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare internal corrective and preventive action reports (CAR) and supplier corrective action reports (SCAR).

Qualifications

• Minimum of +5 years of verifiable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in electronic, industrial, or related engineering.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Strong leadership and follow-through abilities.
• Proficiency with IT tools.
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949.
• Experience in PCBA assembly and lean manufacturing.
• Six Sigma certification (preferred).
• Open to all genders.

Must be available to work in Tecate.
