Key Responsibilities:
• Manage build activities for on-time project completion
• Provide mentoring to enhance team capabilities
• Act as the technical authority on build processes
• Work collaboratively to improve production quality
• Confirm adherence to compliance and best practices
Requirements:
• Degree in engineering or related manufacturing experience
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Leadership experience or training significant
