Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Strategy and standards: Support the Head of Global Innovation and Technology Delivery in shaping vision, roadmap, and operating plan; establish procedures, KPIs, and drive adoption of emerging technologies
- Team leadership and development: Lead engineers and Team Leads, manage performance and succession planning, and foster a learning culture through certifications, training, and mentorship
- Program oversight and technical guidance: Oversee project portfolios, ensure technical deliverables meet standards, manage risks, and provide integration expertise across systems, manufacturing, UAS, and surveying
- Compliance, safety, and stakeholder engagement: Ensure regulatory compliance, uphold safety and quality programs, manage procurement and assets, and represent the division in executive, client, and industry forums
