  • Having experience in Contact center Genesys Development area for 4+ years with Multi DC implementation.
  • Should have hands on experience on Cloud CX integrations in voice and digital areas at least for 2 years.
  • Ability to custom code in Java, understand and code yaml.
  • Good Analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
