HR Business Partner - Generalist
The HR Business Partner - Generalist supports an organization of fewer than 500 associates and serves as the primary HR contact for assigned business units. This role partners with leaders and employees on employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement. The HRBP provides strategic guidance, builds trusted relationships, and helps implement people strategies that support business objectives. A strong working knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws is required to ensure compliance and effectively support a multi-state workforce.
