Job Overview
Grade: CD. Contract: Fixed Term (1 year) – Term Time only. Hours: 32.5 hours per week. Location: Stillington, North Yorkshire – Stillington Primary School.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a General Teaching Assistant (SEND) to support within our Y3/4 class at Stillington Primary School.
The role will entail supporting pupils’ learning, helping the teacher with lesson preparation, supervising lunchtime, and organising play activities at break times.
Qualifications
Knowledge or experience of working with children to support SEMH needs would be desirable. A Level 2 or 3 teaching assistant qualification is desirable or willingness to complete this.
Enhanced Level DBS Disclosure is required for appointment to this post.
