Join the team as a Registered Nurse on the 3E2 General Surgery unit. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while collaborating in a multidimensional environment.
The 3E2 unit at UAH provides acute care for General Surgery patients, receiving care from various sources, including home and clinics. As an RN, you’ll focus on comprehensive evaluation and planning while ensuring patient safety. Your critical thinking and leadership will support quality improvement initiatives and holistic patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal outcomes
• Teach and advocate for patients and families
• Lead quality improvement initiatives in surgery care
• Manage medication administration and documentation
