YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
:Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be part of the Maintenance Department. The Maintenance General Supervisor supervises the maintenance team and works in close collaboration with members of the other departments of the mine. The General Supervisor ensures the improvement of his department and prepares efficient operation. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and the environment.
Coordinate the maintenance department for the assigned operations group;
Collaborate with operational departments to manage equipment priorities and maintenance to ensure productivity;
Ensure that the maintenance team work efficiently with all resources;
Prepare the allocated budget and control cost for the upcoming operations;
