SynAgro Naturals own and operates a mushroom farm at Wagholi, Pune with a capacity of 1 ton per day of fresh button mushrooms. SynAgro's mushrooms have etablished a reputation for quality and command premium prices.

SynAgro is setting up a division to produce Mushroom Soup Powder, Instant Tomato Soup, and Umami Seasoning in pouches and packs for sale exclusively within Pune and surroundings on a B2B and B2C basis with a revenue projection of Rs. 50 lacs per month.

The Sales Strategy is aggressively split between high-volume B2B institutional contracts and scalable B2C retail distribution channels across Pune and Western Maharashtra.

The B2B Channels will account for 70% of Sales Volume and cover Corporate Cafeterias & Tech Parks, HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, & Cafes) and Hospitals & Institutional Caterers.
