**Job Description**
The General Production Worker supports the production of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) units by managing incoming battery shipments and preparing materials for assembly. This role focuses on safely handling, organizing, and transporting battery components throughout the production process to maintain an efficient and continuous workflow on the production floor. Over time, team members have the opportunity to expand their skills through cross-training in multiple areas of production.

+ Receive and assist with unloading incoming battery shipments in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Unbox battery packs and organize materials onto pallets for production use.
+ Sort, stage, and label materials in an organized manner to support assembly operations.
