Join a leading manufacturer of high-performance thermoplastic products in Mayfield, PA. As a Production Worker, you will support the Compression Molding department by assisting in the production of molded plastic sheets. You will rotate through various stages of the manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality and accurate production.
**Responsibilities**
+ Prepare and clean molds for production.
+ Load resin materials according to work orders.
+ Open and close molds safely and efficiently.
+ Remove finished products from molds.
+ Label completed materials accurately.
+ Perform visual quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
+ Monitor products to ensure they meet specifications.
+ Handle and return unused materials to designated locations.
+ Maintain accurate product identification and documentation.
