**Job Title: Production Worker – Shipping and Loading**
**Job Description**
The production worker supports the shipping and receiving operations in a large manufacturing facility by safely loading trailers, handling materials, and coordinating shipment schedules. This role focuses on accurate order picking, proper stacking and securing of products, and maintaining a clean and safe work area during the night shift.
**Responsibilities**
Coordinate daily shipment schedules with the shipping lead to ensure timely loading and order picking.
Determine the most appropriate equipment for moving and loading products, including overhead cranes, forklifts, 4D lifts, or pallet jacks.
Read and interpret shipping documentation to confirm that product quantities and descriptions match what is being loaded.
Load trailers with products in a manner that best suits the type of load, avoiding excessive stacking and minimizing the risk of load shifting during transit.
