This role supports a manufacturing operation that produces trusses by assembling components using hand and power tools. You will work primarily on the first shift, contributing to a fast-paced production environment and ensuring products meet quality and measurement standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble trusses using a variety of hand tools and power tools according to production specifications.
+ Read and interpret tape measurements accurately to ensure components meet required dimensions.
+ Perform general production and assembly tasks throughout the manufacturing process as assigned.
+ Handle general labor duties such as lifting, positioning, and securing materials during truss construction.
+ Assist with packing and preparing finished products for shipment or storage.
