**Job Description**
This General Production role supports a metal stamping manufacturing operation by performing a variety of hands-on tasks that keep production running smoothly. You will work with a small, close-knit crew to handle general labor activities, operate around presses, benders, and shears, and ensure finished products meet quality standards before shipment. This position is contract-to-hire over approximately four months and is fully on-site in Archbold, OH.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform general labor tasks in a manufacturing and metal stamping environment.
+ Work in close proximity to presses, benders, shears, and other production equipment while following safety procedures.
+ Stack finished and raw products to feed equipment and maintain an organized production area.
+ Prepare finished goods for shipment, including stacking, packaging, and staging for transport.
