Job Description
In Home GP is seeking General Practitioners to join our team in providing accessible and quality health care services in home during business hours. Casual GP services required for 2-3 hours a week in the southern suburbs of metropolitan Adelaide on either a Thursday and/or Friday, hours of work can be flexible.
Our face to face consults in home are accompanied by Registered Nurses for support and peace of mind. Our service provides both in home GP services as well as Telehealth services. The balance is approximately 40% in home and 60% telehealth for our clients who are repeat customers of this service.
Our General Practitioners, Nurses and Administration team collaborate with the patient care teams and relevant service providers to assist the patient with meeting their health, personal and care need goals.
