Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a General Practitioner to join our Primary Care team at HMP Hewell, a category B remand prison based in Redditch, Worcestershire. HMP Hewell has a fast paced healthcare environment delivering care to males aged 21+, with a range of needs including substance misuse and long term conditions.
Within this role you will be working closely with our senior nurses to deliver receptions care which includes, first night prescribing, discharge prescribing, urgent follow up for duty doctor and Substance Misuse prescribing.
Hours
We offer flexible working and are happy to discuss either individual 4-hour sessions or a combination of sessions to suit your needs.
- Mondays: 08:30 - 12:30 and 13:00 - 17:00
- Weekday Evenings (Wed/Thurs/Fri): 17:30 - 21:30
- Saturdays: 13:00 - 17:00 or 14:00 - 18:00
You’ll receive an annual salary up to £124,320 per annum FTE depending on experience. ...
