The General Manager is confident in driving results both through delegation and follow-up, as well as leading by example. The General Manager is the ultimate team leader, who is comfortable in all areas of the store and is always ready to jump in and support their staff. The General Manager can alternate between the sales floor, stockroom and leading high-level walkthroughs or phone calls.
