Job PurposeThe General Manager (GM) is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational management of the Association. The GM ensures the effective execution of the Board’s directives and leads all facets of the Association, including budgeting, programs, services, governance, and stakeholder engagement. The role demands a high level of accountability and leadership to ensure synergy across all sport disciplines and operational functions.
