Task description

• Generate new leads / convince businesses of our services
• Manage the service team
• Performance tracking (e.g., Ticket Volume, Response times)
• Create / improve service processes (e.g. escalation processes)
• Maintain a sophisticated Knowledge Base Management
• Regular reports to external stakeholders

Your Profile

• Previous experience in customer service or in electrotechnical area is valued
• Previous experience in area of renewable energies / Photovoltaics is valued
• Structured approach; efficient problem-solving
