Job Description
General Manager – Road Construction
Area: Ekurhuleni Gauteng
Salary: R960k CTC (negotiable)
Purpose of the position: The role oversees all functional management areas to ensure efficient operations, profitable outcomes, and consistent delivery of highquality services which also include compliance with regulatory, quality, customer, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
o Provide overall leadership for all sites
Financial Management
o Develop, monitor and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
Operational Overview
o Ensure projects and testing services are delivered safely, efficiently and within agreed turnaround times.
Quality and Compliance.
o Ensure compliance with ISO standards, SANAS accreditation requirements and company quality management systems.
