Duties

• Resource Allocation: Optimize the allocation of resources including manpower, machinery, and materials to meet production targets within budget constraints.
• Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Inventory Management: Supervise inventory levels of raw materials, work‑in‑progress, and finished goods to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
