Job Description
We are looking for a hands‑on and results‑driven General Manager to lead a precision manufacturing operation. The role is responsible for overall plant performance, operational excellence, and leadership development, with a strong focus on transformation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end plant operation
- Drive key KPIs, including OEE, yield, scrap reduction, cost, and on-time delivery
- Strengthen Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement culture
- Ensure production stability, process capability, and operational discipline
- Lead a workforce of ~500 employees and build strong second-line leadership
- Support P&L, budgeting, and Capex planning
- Engage in transformation initiatives and strategic business improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
