Job title: General Manager – Mincon SA
Department: General Reports to: VP Business Development – Africa Region
Job purpose: To oversee and manage all aspects of the company’s operations, ensuring alignment with Mincon Group’s global strategy, driving growth within the drilling and mining solutions market, and strengthening Mincon SA’s position as a leading provider of innovative, high-performance equipment and services in the Africa region. Internal Stakeholders:
All department heads (for overall coordination and management)
Senior management and board of directors (for strategic direction and reporting)
Operations and HR teams (for manpower and operational management)
External Stakeholders:
Clients and partners (for relationship management and business development)
Government bodies (for compliance and regulatory matters)
Suppliers and contractors (for project execution and procurement)
