What you'll do...

• Lead the pre-opening planning and execution phase, in collaboration with the corporate team, including the development of the Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan, and Capital Budget, ensuring full alignment with brand and ownership expectations.
• Fully own the commercial performance of the property, including P&L, revenue generation, budgeting, forecasting, and delivery of net operating income targets.
• Establish, monitor, and manage annual budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment with financial goals, while maintaining control of labor and expense guidelines to optimize profitability.
• Develop and execute strategic action plans to achieve or exceed revenue and profitability targets across all restaurant and bar outlets, ensuring strong commercial performance.
