Danica’s associated crewing agency, Seanovate Marine Inc. in Manila, Philippines, is fast-growing. Moving forward, Seanovate is looking for an experienced and dynamic crewing expert to join as General Manager, responsible for developing and managing the office organisation.

Seanovate would like to hear from you if:

• You have at least 5 years of management-level experience at a medium-sized crewing agency
• Strong knowledge of all aspects of high-quality recruitment and crewing operations.
• Leadership and organisational skills, including team supervision, performance management and staff development.
