Job Description

Overview

The General Manager directs and oversees all aspects of club operations including activities and relationships between members, guests, associates, and community. The role is responsible for delivering a high-quality member experience and Troon hospitality culture. Ideal candidates have a genuine passion for property management and leadership and will direct and administer all aspects of the operation, including coordination and administration of the propertyโ€™s policies and procedures. The position requires schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. The General Manager will serve as an ambassador to the Esplanade culture, supporting meaningful connections, resort-style amenities, and curated programs focused on mind, body, and spirit.


Experience Required

  • Must have a minimum of 5 yearsโ€™ related experience as General Manager at a club.
  • A four-year college degree is preferred but not required.
