As General Manager House of Rituals, you will lead one of Rituals’ most distinctive destinations, in the heart of Amsterdam. House of Rituals is where retail, wellbeing, hospitality and brand experience come together in a way that goes far beyond a traditional flagship store. It also serves as a key event venue, bringing activations, experiences and brand moments to life.
In this role, you are responsible for the overall performance, direction and development of the House. You lead the key functions within the building, including Sales, Marketing, Operations and Events, with approximately 30 FTE, and oversee Rituals Café through the franchise manager.
