Job Description
The General Manager of Farmstead oversees the daily operations and guest experience to such a level that every need is exceeded and every desire is anticipated in good time. The GM is ultimately responsible for ensuring we exceed our company purpose, which is to give our guests a complete experience and a perfect stay. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategy - be aware of international trends in lodge properties and their operations, always looking for ways to improve and innovate
- Leadership – motivating, training and leading a team to deliver beyond The Royal Portfolio standards
