General Manager, Executive Dining & Events.

Salary Range: $75,000–$85,000 CAD

Availability to work a flexible schedule, with the possibility of occasional evening shifts, is required to oversee executive dining operations.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Responsible for leading a team of employees and successfully coordinating and directing floor food service activities.
  • Direct daily food service operations including menu evaluation and planning, purchasing, inventory, receiving, food preparation and storage.
  • Establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship achieving high levels of client and customer satisfaction and account retention.
