SUMMARY

The General Manager’s primary responsibility is providing exceptional customer experience while leading and maintaining the day‑to‑day operation of the store in compliance with policies and procedures. The General Manager is responsible for coaching each team member’s performance and success in their individual roles. The General Manager will promote and maintain the highest quality standards of professionalism in serving all customers. General Managers are committed to leading by example at all times, while working with team members in achieving the repair facilities KPIs.

• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel
• Oversee hiring, training, corrective action and termination
