GENERAL MANAGER TITLE Boxing Club Boston - Assembly Row | Newbury St | North Station POSITION OVERVIEW The General Manager (GM) executes all sales, fitness, and operation functions within TITLE Boxing Club.
The GM provides exceptional member experience, a team environment, and ensures the club’s financial success.
The GM is responsible for end-to-end management and development – focusing on effective and efficient resourcing, scheduling, club & team performance, goal setting, and providing exceptional customer service; through upholding the company policies as the ultimate brand ambassador.
