Snowflake Gelato is a luxury frozen dessert and
drinks business. We are looking for someone inspirational to lead our new location in the centre of Birmingham. The General Manager role is responsible for
providing our customers with a unique experience from the moment they first
approach us to when they make their purchase and beyond.
Leading the team, organising duties and making sure
standards are delivered. Reporting into and working alongside the franchise owners, our General Managers are expected to embody Snowflake’s values and
drive the business to commercial success.
