Job Description
An accomplished automotive leader is required to take full responsibility for a growing premium electric vehicle dealership in Wollongong.
Reporting to the Dealer Principal and Group Executive, this senior appointment carries complete accountability for commercial performance, dealership operations, sales leadership, people development, customer satisfaction and strategic growth.
The dealership has already developed strong sales momentum and is entering its next stage of expansion. The successful candidate will operate the business with significant autonomy while maintaining productive relationships with internal stakeholders and the manufacturer.
The Role
You will manage the dealership as a standalone commercial operation, taking ownership of revenue, gross profit, expenditure, operational standards and long-term business planning.
